Your safety matters to us. At Janat Dilmun, we have established clear rules and procedures designed to protect our guests and provide a comfortable environment for families. We kindly ask all visitors to review and follow the guidelines below during their visit.
Park Rules
All guests must follow park instructions at all times. These rules help us keep the waterpark safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone.
- All guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Running, pushing or unsafe behavior is not permitted.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances may be denied entry.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with park policies.
Safety Guidelines
Each ride and attraction has specific safety requirements.
- Height and weight restrictions apply to certain rides.
- Guests must follow posted instructions before entering any attraction.
- Proper riding positions must be maintained at all times.
- Life jackets must be worn where required.
- Guests with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.
Emergency Procedures
- Trained lifeguards are stationed throughout the park.
- In case of emergency please notify the nearest staff member immediately.
- Follow all public announcements and instructions from park personnel.
- First aid assistance is available on-site.
Dress Code
Appropriate swimwear is required for all water attractions.
- Swimwear must be suitable for water activities.
- Clothing with metal parts, sharp accessories, or long loose items is not permitted on rides.
- Footwear may be required in designated areas.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
To protect all our guests, certain items are not allowed inside the park. Help us keep everyone safe by leaving the following items at home or in your vehicle.
Outside food and beverages
Food, snacks, and drinks from outside the park are not permitted.
Glass containers
Glass bottles, jars, or breakable containers of any kind.
Sharp objects or weapons
Weapons, knives, or any object that may cause injury.
Large inflatables
Oversized floats that may obstruct visibility or pathways.
