Ticket Purchase or Redemption

• All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) / voucher(s) for inspection purposes when required.

• The Management reserves the right to:

  • Request additional information or proof of identity to verify confirmation email(s) / voucher(s); and

  • Deny entry if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.

• Any expired or altered vouchers, receipts, or e-tickets are not valid.

• The Lost Paradise Of Dilmun reserves the right to refuse redemption of any ticket or membership that appears illegally issued or tampered with. No refunds will be given.

All sales are generally final. Refunds or changes may be considered at the discretion of management in exceptional circumstances.
